#1 Warm-up

  •  5 Minute HIIT to get blood flowing and heart rate pumping
  • 10-15 minute HIIT strength and core exercise training

#2 Run the Gauntlet

  • 19 minute Gauntlet round, including 8 kickboxing towers
  • At each tower you’ll experience:
    • 30 seconds to focus on form and foundation
    • 20 seconds at 50% effort
    • 10 seconds at ALL OUT effort

#3 Cool Down

  • 5 minutes of stretching and mobility work
  • Break it down with the team!

Gauntlet Fitness was custom built to provide an ultimate variety, full body workout by combining high intensity interval training warm ups, followed by various kickboxing towers that keep every session new and different – not only for your body, but your mind! You will feel empowered and confident as you strike your way into new fitness levels and abilities you never thought you could.


We practice a very safe environment. Our tower pads are custom designed to safely absorb impact. We hit pads, not people.
